How Bioaru orders ship

Bioaru products are sold through marketplace partners — Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart and others. When you tap a buy button on this site, you complete your purchase on that partner's platform, and they handle packing, shipping and delivery.

This means your order is covered by that marketplace's delivery guarantee, tracking and payment protection.

Delivery timelines

• Metro cities — typically 1 to 3 working days
• Tier 2 and 3 cities — typically 2 to 5 working days
• Remote and north-eastern pin codes — typically 5 to 8 working days

Exact timelines are shown on the listing once you enter your pin code.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are set by the marketplace, not by us. Most partners offer free delivery above a minimum order value — commonly ₹499 — and free delivery is standard for members of their loyalty programmes.

Packaging

Every pouch is nitrogen-flushed, heat-sealed and fitted with a resealable zip, then shipped inside a tamper-evident outer carton. Our cartons are plastic-free and fully recyclable.

Tracking your order

Track through the app or website you ordered from — that is where your live tracking lives. If you cannot locate your order, write to info@bioaru.com with your order number and we will help you chase it.

If something goes wrong

If your parcel arrives damaged, leaking or with a broken seal, do not use the product. Photograph it, raise a return with the marketplace, and email us at info@bioaru.com. We will follow up on your behalf.
