About our products

### Are Bioaru powders really 100% natural?
Yes. Every product is single-ingredient — the pouch contains the herb and nothing else. No fillers, no anti-caking agents, no preservatives, no artificial colour. Our partner farms follow traditional growing practices and each batch is lab tested before packing.

### Where are your products made?
Sourced from partner farms across Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Kerala, then processed and packed at our facility in Baramati, Dist. Pune, Maharashtra.

### How do I know a batch is safe?
Each batch is tested at an NABL-accredited laboratory for heavy metals, pesticide residue, microbial load and aflatoxins. Email info@bioaru.com with the batch code printed on your pouch and we will send you that batch's report.

### What is the shelf life?
Twelve months from the date of packing when stored unopened in a cool, dry place. Once opened, use within three months and keep the zip properly sealed.

### How should I store the powder?
Somewhere cool, dry and away from direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate — condensation causes clumping. Always press the zip fully closed.

### Where do I buy Bioaru products?
Through Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart and our other marketplace partners. Every product page here lists all available stores with their current prices, so you can pick whichever suits you.

### Why do prices differ between stores?
Each marketplace sets its own pricing, runs its own promotions and charges its own delivery fees. We show all of them side by side so you can compare before you buy.

### Do you sell directly from this website?
Not at present. We fulfil through marketplace partners so your order is covered by their payment protection, delivery network and returns process.

Shipping and returns

### How long does delivery take?
Delivery is handled by the marketplace you order from — typically two to five working days across India. Check the listing for your pin code.

### What is the returns policy?
Returns follow the policy of the store you bought from. If a product arrives damaged or you are unhappy with the quality, contact us at info@bioaru.com and we will help resolve it regardless of where you purchased.

Using our products

### Can I take more than one product together?
Generally yes — these are foods, not pharmaceuticals. Introduce one at a time over a few days so you can tell how each one suits you.

### Are these safe during pregnancy?
Some are not. Ashwagandha in particular should be avoided during pregnancy. Always consult your doctor before starting any herbal supplement while pregnant or nursing.

### Can children take these?
Moringa, banana and jaggery powders are commonly given to children in small quantities. Ashwagandha and shikakai are not intended for children. Ask your paediatrician first.
